Get Ready to Sweat!
Mirjana, the Philadelphia area¿s shimmy queen, will guide dancers through various shimmy methods with layered movements in exciting combinations for all styles of bellydance.
Mirjana will share her conditioning drills, practice techniques, and shimmy secrets to assist dancers with improving and sustaining sensual shimmies.
Please bring a hip scarf, water, and a towel.
